2. Exercise, Sleep Well and Eat Right
A lot of things are dependent on your general health and well-being and natural beard growth is one of them. You should be aware that natural hair growth only happens when you are sleeping, which is overnight. So, if you are fatigued and not rested properly it will impact your beard growth.
Not being rested properly also results in lower blood flow. This essentially means that fewer nutrients are reaching the destination you care about, in your case your hair follicles. If you do not provide proper nutrients to your hair follicles, the growth will be impacted. Hence, seven to eight hours of sleep every night is highly recommended.
In addition to sound sleep, you should take the time to exercise and eat proper a proper diet that comprises balanced vegetables, fats, whole grains, and protein.
